All reimbursement forms are due to the PNRC office within 2 weeks.  (October 25, 2025). Reimbursement will be paid after the meeting

NOTE: the PNRC does not cover Airbnb type stays, or hotels outside of the pre-arranged hotel unless the PNRC schedules or gives PRIOR approval. 

PNRC hotel coverage is 1/2 of 1 night if single room, or 1 full night if sharing with another PNRC attendee.

Coordinators: Up to $300 for travel expenses  HOTEL: 1/2 of hotel for 2 nights onlyfor single room, full coverage if you share with another PNRC member attendee. Hotel rate is $179
