A Few Reminders:

• Registration deadline is Friday, August 29.
• Completing the registration form will secure your room. The PNRC office submits one master rooming list to the hotel.
• Additional Meeting details and your hotel confirmation number will be sent in an email to you using the email with which you used to register the week of Monday, September 29.
• Your membership must be active in order for members to register for the meeting.

PNRC TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT 

All reimbursement forms are due to the PNRC office within 2 weeks.  (October 25, 2025). Reimbursement will be paid after the meeting

NOTE: the PNRC does not cover Airbnb type stays, or hotels outside of the pre-arranged hotel unless the PNRC schedules or gives PRIOR approval. 

PNRC hotel coverage is 1/2 of 1 night if single room, or 1 full night if sharing with another PNRC attendee.

Coordinators: Up to $300 for travel expenses  HOTEL: 1/2 of hotel for 2 nights only for single room, full coverage if you share with another PNRC member attendee. Hotel rate is $179

Senior Fellows: up to $300 for travel expenses.  HOTEL: 1/2 of hotel for 2 nights only for single room, full coverage if you share with another PNRC member attendee. Hotel rate is $179

Working Group Co-Chairs: Up to $400 for travel expenses. HOTEL: 1/2  of hotel for 1 night only for single room, full coverage if you share with another PNRC member attendee. Hotel rate is $179
