** NEW HOTEL POLICY **

Attendees are now responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations. The PNRC will no longer make hotel reservations on your behalf.  A hotel booking link will be provided so you can reserve your room at the discounted group rate.

The PNRC will continue to reimburse but only for our negotiated rate of $199/night + tax/fees:

• 50% of the room cost for single occupancy
• 100% of the room cost for shared occupancy

Reimbursement is processed after the meeting. To receive reimbursement, submit the following within two weeks of the meeting:

Study Sign-Up

All reimbursement forms are due to the PNRC office within 2 weeks.  (October 25, 2026). Reimbursement will be paid after the meeting

NOTE: the PNRC does not cover Airbnb type stays, or hotels outside of the pre-arranged hotel unless the PNRC schedules or gives PRIOR approval. 

PNRC hotel coverage is 1/2 of 1 night if single room, or 1 full night if sharing with another PNRC attendee.   Hotel nights covered: for CRCs 10/8 & 9, all others 10/9 only. Reimbursement based on the hotel rate of $199/night+tax/fees

Coordinators: Up to $300 for travel expenses  HOTEL: 1/2 of hotel for 2 nights only for single room, full coverage if you share with another PNRC member attendee. Hotel rate is $199+tax/fees (1/2 = $99.50+tax/fees)

Working Group Co-Chairs: Up to $400 for travel expenses. HOTEL: 1/2  of hotel for 1 night only for single room, full coverage if you share with another PNRC member attendee. Hotel rate is $199+tax/fees (1/2 = $99.50+tax/fees)
