PNRC Only Meetings

Exhibitor Information

The PNRC offers opportunities to share your product(s) with our attendees.

The PNRC meetings are held twice a year (spring and fall) at various locations around the United States. The focus of our meetings is to present nephrology research; new ideas, updates on existing trials/studies, collaborate in sub-interest working groups (glomerular, hypertension, CKD, Dialysis, transplant, or tubular) within the nephrology field and to connect with others regarding future research.

Exhibit Hours:

Friday
Setup 10:30 AM
All attendee Luncheon 11:30 AM
Meeting occurs 12:15 PM-5:30 PM (several breaks are scheduled within this time frame)
Social Hour 6:30 PM-7:30 PM
Dinner 6:30 PM

Saturday
Breakfast 7:30 AM
Business Meeting 8:00 AM-9:00 AM, not open to exhibitors and sponsors
Meeting occurs 9:00 AM-12:00 PM (breaks are scheduled within this time frame)

Meeting Details:

PNRC will provide exhibit tables 6-8 feet, dependent upon venue
PNRC will provide chairs
PNRC attendees are encouraged to visit exhibitor tables before and after meeting sessions, and during breaks
The PNRC highly encourages exhibitors/sponsors to attend the Friday evening social hour and dinner. This intimate gathering of our meeting attendees provides a prime opportunity for exhibitors/sponsors to interact with our attendees
